Important safety notice. HAVERIS is an information and productivity tool. It is not a substitute for certified airworthiness determinations made by licensed aviation professionals. You are solely responsible for your aircraft's regulatory compliance. Always verify findings with an authorized mechanic, your civil aviation authority, and the original source documents before making maintenance or flight decisions.
These Terms govern use of HAVERIS. Creating an account or subscribing indicates agreement to the Terms. Our data-processing practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
HAVERIS provides tools to search, match, and track airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and related regulatory information against aircraft you add to your account. The Service aggregates publicly available data from civil aviation authorities and applies our own matching logic.
We continuously work to improve accuracy, but the Service is provided as a productivity and reference tool. It does not replace official regulatory sources or certified maintenance determinations.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our written consent.
We offer Operator and MRO subscription plans, as described on our pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
A trial or gift-code grant does not by itself authorise a charge. Any paid checkout must state the price, billing interval and applicable renewal terms. Code redemption deadlines and any explicitly offered access duration are different; only access terms actually implemented and displayed for that offer apply.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current period.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they affect your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar government charges.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the aircraft data, compliance records, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Available export and deletion tools depend on your organisation role. For personal-data requests, contact us directly as explained in the Privacy Policy. Account closure is not a guarantee that shared compliance records, backups or support copies are immediately erased; applicable retention criteria and legal duties govern.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all content we create, is owned by HAVERIS or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
Regulatory publications, manufacturer service bulletins, photographs and other third-party materials may have different copyright and licence conditions. Public availability does not mean public-domain status or permission to redistribute. Follow the original publisher’s terms; HAVERIS does not grant rights it does not hold.
Read carefully. Aviation is a safety-critical domain. HAVERIS is a productivity tool, not a regulator, not an authority, and not a substitute for certified professional judgment.
Before taking any maintenance action or flight decision based on information from the Service, you must:
(a) verify findings against the original source documents published by the relevant civil aviation authority; (b) consult with a licensed aircraft mechanic or inspector; and (c) comply with the rules of your jurisdiction.
We make no guarantee that every AD or SB affecting your aircraft will be identified by the Service, and you assume all risk associated with compliance decisions. HAVERIS is an electronic record-keeping and workflow aid, not an approved Part-145 maintenance organization, CAMO, or civil aviation authority. Digital signatures and CRS generation do not constitute qualified electronic signatures (QES) under eIDAS or Turkish Law No. 5070; the certifying licensed professional and operating carrier remain solely responsible for verifying technical authority, release to service, and airworthiness.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAVERIS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or aircraft downtime, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAVERIS from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) maintenance, inspection, or flight decisions you make in reliance on the Service.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6–11 and 13) will survive.
Applicable law and mandatory protections govern these Terms. No exclusive court or arbitration venue is designated by this paragraph. The service operator’s identity is set out in the Privacy Policy; a brand name is not a separate incorporated company.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AI features assist with analysis and drafting; they can produce errors. They do not approve maintenance work or replace the authorised person’s review of original sources. The Privacy Policy explains provider processing. Illustrative aircraft renders and generated cutaways are not certified maintenance diagrams.
